The Company also reserves the right to cancel orders if government regulations establish selling prices lower than quoted prices.
TRANSPORTATION
Unless specified by the Buyer, the Company will select the carrier and routing at its discretion. The Company is not liable for any delays or excessive transportation charges resulting from its selection.
PACKING
The Company will adhere to its minimum packing standards for the chosen method of transportation. The Buyer is responsible for the costs of any special packing, loading, or bracing requests. Additionally, the Buyer will bear all costs for packing and shipping of any special equipment.
